This season, Ann Demeulemeester introduces a new slick and glossy aesthetic— models in pulled-back tresses, donned in striking latex garments matched with fishnet stockings, strut down the runway in the label’s signature monochromatic colours.
Over at our showroom appointment with up and coming label Afterhomework— The duo behind the brand brings about an eclectic and radical mix of energy to Paris with its couture-meets-athleisure aesthetic, demonstrated through the noteworthy choice of display; with garments and accessories hung up together in a seemingly, intentional haphazard style.
Natasha Zinko‘s showroom, on the other hand highlights a stark difference— Bright hues and bold colours greeted us as we stepped in, highlighting the label’s unconventional personality.
Last but not least, Uma Wang‘s upcoming collection reveals the adoption of a bright, hot pink hue painted on its dresses, one-pieces as well as its ballet flats, a refreshing addition to the label’s signature earthy and neutral tones on its billowy dresses.
