This season 11 BY BBS continues its now-regular collaboration with French sportswear label Salomon, reproducing familiar footwear models with new colour schemes. The XT-4 and Odyssey Mid adopt the practical designs from Salomon Labs and also sport the unique dyeing treatment more commonly seen in mainline Boris Bidjan Saberi, resulting in sturdy shoes fit for a dystopia. The XT-4’s contrasting colour scheme and bold textile pattern presents a more high-tech look while the unevenly dyed Odyssey retains a distressed, archaic aesthetic.
Staple accessories in the 11 BY BBS collection include backpacks, socks, and headwear. For this season, the label once again works with New Era for a collection of classic, minimal, well-fitting caps and hats. The designs are tasteful and elegant, with small yet striking logos embroidered on the front. The caps also sport subtle mesh-like perforations on the side, dotted in the shape of the namesake 11.
