Free Worldwide Shipping applies to orders of S$1,500 and above.
All shipping rates displayed are provided by DHL. L’ARMOIRE cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
For all orders placed in Singapore, we offer a self-collection at our physical store: Mandarin Gallery 333A Orchard Road, Unit 01-16, Singapore 238897. We are open daily from 11:30 to 21:00.
All shipments are subjected to customs, import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise on what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely for all countries. The customer must take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. L’ARMOIRE will not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
L’ARMOIRE offers both exchanges and refunds for full-priced (non-sale) items.
Customers are required to request for an exchange by emailing us and stating their reason for refund and exchange and upon receipt, send their order back to us within 14 days. The deadline is met as long as orders are mailed back before the period of 14 days. The customer will have to bear the cost of returning the goods and are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For exchange requirements, customers are entitled to change for the same item in a different size or colour, based on stock availability, an item of equal value or lower priced item(s) where there will be no refundable of the remaining amount.
In the case where customers wish to return their purchased (non-sale) item, customers can choose between store credits or cash refunds. Refunded store credits will expire one year after it has been issued.
Unfortunately, all sale items are not eligible or returns or exchange.
