SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Worldwide Shipping applies to orders of S$1,500 and above. 

All international shipping and rates displayed are provided by DHL Worldwide Express. L’ARMOIRE cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

All local orders are delivered by DHL Domestic Express with a flat fee of S$10 or You may choose self-collection at our physical store: The Mill, 5 Jln Kilang #02-01, Singapore 159405. We are open daily from 11:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs.

During sale or special promotion period, processing time for your order may take longer. 

Once an order has been made, no changes can be made to that order. Order cancellation is subjected to our Return Policy as described below.

We currently ship all international packages with DAP (Delivered at Place). The means that your shipments may be subjected to customs, import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise on what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely for all countries. We do not collect taxes and duties during checkout and therefore you are responsible for paying these if you are required to meet custom clearance. The customer must take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. L’ARMOIRE will not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you’ve made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees including any import fees.  These fees will be deducted from your final refund amount.

If your parcel is being returned to us due to any reason such as: Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Wrong Telephone Number, Denied Entry by Customs, Prohibited/Banned items, or being Refused, you may be responsible for return shipping fees including any re-import fees and a 10% restocking fee. These fees will be deducted from your final refund amount. Should you wish to ship out your parcel again, you will incurred a return shipping fee of SGD50 plus the additional shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY

L’ARMOIRE offers both exchanges and refunds for FULL-PRICED (NON-SALE) items only. Items purchased with promotion or coupon code are considered as SALE items and are NOT eligible for returns or exchange.

Customers are required to request for a refund or exchange by emailing us at [email protected] and stating their reason and upon receipt of the Return Shipping Label, send their order back to us within 14 days in their original condition/packaging/original labels/dust bags with adequate protection and the cost of international return shipping is SGD50 and will be deducted from the final refund. Do note that proof of delivery with signature confirmation is required for all return item. Items that are over 14 days of the ship date will not be eligible for refund. The customer will have to bear the cost of returning the goods and any incurred additional Custom import duties/taxes which shall be customer’s responsibilities and will be deducted from the refund. If applicable, Shipping Fees and/or Duties/Taxes are non-refundable. For exchange requirements, customers are entitled to change for the same item in a different size or colour, based on stock availability, an item of equal value or lower priced item(s) where there will be no refundable of the remaining amount. 

Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned item has been inspected and accepted by LARMOIRE-SINGAPORE.COM. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer and takes approximately 5-10 working days. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Please note that all refunds to your original payment method will incurred a  5% administrative fee of your total refund value and will be deducted from your refund. If you choose Store Credit as your refund method, you shall receive a full refund amount of your order value. The store credit coupon code may be used one-time entirety on the next order placed that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.

All SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

In the case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must immediately contact [email protected]. LARMOIRE-SINGAPORE.COM reserves the right to request for photographic support regarding damaged or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full refund inclusive of shipping and import fees at the discretion of LARMOIRE-SINGAPORE.COM 

LARMOIRE-SINGAPORE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are not sent in accordance with the Return Policy stated above and all non-standard returns will be shipped back to the shipping address specified in the original order. If a non-standard return is accepted, LARMOIRE-SINGAPORE.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
