A Brief History on Rhude
Rhude is a label that celebrates the energy of youth and culture. Officially established in 2015 by Filipino designer Rhuigi Villaseñor, Rhude weaves luxury design and streetwear aesthetics together into quality, functional garments. As a child Rhuigi experienced life within various, often contrasting cultures, leading to the veritable (and brilliant) mish-mash of cultural influence evidently displayed collection after collection.
Rhuigi’s big break to fame was in 2012, when artist Kendrick Lamar performed at the BET Music Awards wearing his (now signature) bandana print tee. From this new-found popularity Rhuigi continued his momentum, cementing Rhude as a wardrobe staple for any streetwear fan. Bold prints, pastiche graphics, and fascinating design clashes are the hallmarks that make Rhude a stand-out amongst the rest in a saturated streetwear scene.
HAWAIIAN SHIRT GIRL
Based off the classic (and stereotypical) Hawaiian button-up shirt, Rhude brings the same style injected with a new energy. Without being too bright or bland, the pattern and rear pin-up print is familiar with a provocative edge.

A bold take on the luxury-meets-street idea, Rhuigi combines the elegance of Swarovski rhinestones with typical street fashion. Loose-fit and faded, the crewneck collar is stretched and the hem is stressed, presenting a well-worn vibe.
